Honey Birdette Steps into the US Market

In April 2017, Honey Birdette launched its US e-commerce site that aimed to market its Australian lingerie brands to their US clients. Eloise Monaghan, the company’s founder, confessed that they opted to expand their market into the US boundaries after a remarkable increase in US online sales.

The founder added that they were confident the US e-Commerce site would improve the US customer’s shopping experience by supporting quick deliveries, hassle free returns, and offering an extended range of lingerie brands. As such, clients who purchase goods worth more than $50 would enjoy free deliveries.

While launching the US e-commerce site, the company’s executives announced that they were planning to open 37 more retail stores in UK by the end of 2018. The company’s target locations in UK were Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, and Westfield. Plans are also underway to open retail outlets in United States and other places in Europe.

During the announcement, Honey Birdette was already running three retail stores in UK and 55 in their Australian home market.
